GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES

Security deposit:

No security deposit is needed for reservations of less than 3 nights or less than 3 rooms. A credit card number is required but the card will not be charged.

Payment will be made directly at the hotel. A pre authorisation is made in advance on your credit card to guarantee the reservation.

This transaction cannot be considered as a payment. The pre authorisation is automatically cancelled on the day of your departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation is free of charge 48 hours before the arrival date.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days before the arrival date, the first night, without any extras, will be charged and is non-refundable.

If the reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of non-presentation, 100% of the reservation is charged and is non-refundable.

Specific conditions of sales and cancellations:

For reservations of more than 3 nights or more than 3 rooms, the hotel requires a security deposit equal to the first night of the reservation.

In case of cancellation, modification or non-presentation, the security deposit will be kept by the hotel.
