House Rules

The hotel accepts payment only by credit cards, cash and ANCV vacation checks. Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

Payments made by checks and American Express are not accepted.

The hotel has 4 rooms on the 4th floor that is not accessible by the elevator.

The elevator stops on the 3rd floor so there is one floor to be climbed by foot. All the other rooms are accessible by the elevator.

It is possible to add a baby bed with an extra charge of 10€ per day (upon reservation and availability) only in the category of rooms: Classic, Privilege and Family Classic.

No babies will be accepted in the other categories. The hotel does not allow, nor have, extra beds.

Domestic animals are not allowed in the hotel. If you decide to come to the hotel with your domestic animal, you will not be granted access to the hotel and the amount of your reservation will be charged.

The hotel has a bicycle storage room (maximum 5 bicycles) and a bicycle rack (maximum 10 bicycles) with an electrical charging station for your electrical bicycles (2 bicycles maximum).

For certain parking spots, a badge or a garage door opener is given. These must be returned at your departure. If you do not return them and in case of loss or damage 100€ will be charged for the replacement.

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. However, there is a dedicated smoking space just in front of the hotel entrance. If you do decide to smoke in the room, 150€ will be charged for sanitation of the room.

It is formally forbidden to keep your bicycles in your room, as well as scooters and other types of cycles. A space is available for store them. However, if you do decide to keep one of these cycles in your room, 150€ will be charged for the cleaning fees.

All forms of deterioration of the room (vandalism, burns, theft, flooding etc…) will engender fees to the amount of prejudice suffered.

The hotel reserves the right to take a credit card deposit to the amount of 200€ to cover eventual extras.
